I have sat at a desk for hours getting coughed on by nasty little teenagers who are stupid and disrepectul...I have worked basically an adult's portion of full time hours for the past 3 weeks....so that I could get the sugary carnival onepiece. I've been pressing the "reserve" button every day to check... My week was sad and disappointing, but this really sends it over the edge. I know what Eric will say when I tell him: "It's just a dress." Yes, but I'm not one of those people who has the money to buy every print and I really was working hard for this. There's a .0000006% chance I can get something off the English site, but in the fray that is a million international customers fighting over them, I doubt it highly.
Gee, can't wait to see them on Y!Japan Auctions for 80000 yen. Joy.
(BTW, guess how much that extra job pays me an hour? Six dollars and fifty cents. Under minimum wage). |

How did I miss this reservation? What a perfect purse, it's even cuter then the Wonder Party Tea Cup purses, which I also like! This is definately going on my wishlist. There are so many things I'd like to snatch up now but I don't know when Sugary Carnival is going to be released T.T. And all the hype people are making out of it is making everything worse... I'm wondering if it will be released as a Valentine's day special or something? Even though I work a lot I only get paid every two weeks so it's a pain trying to get money X.X!! |

Okay so I have 2 jobs this semester (because I am that broke). I had to wake up at 3am, wait in the cold for a shuttle bus and now I am here until 10am. Poupee girl and peach Snapple iced tea are keeping me sane. BTW everyone, I have a new account >>>here!. If I didn't already add you, add me as a friend ^.^.
I am taking 18 credits of classes but for once in my life, I actually love ALL OF MY CLASSES. It's amazing. All my teachers are interesting and I am making a lot of art for the first time. On Martin Luther King's bday, Eric and I went into NYC and participated in a protest against wage slavery. Then we went to Kinokuniya and I met two new friends (Leah and Ria!) when I was browsing in the fashion mag section. I also picked up the GLB winter issue rather late.
And lastly, I STILL haven't received my package from Celga. And it took forever to get them to understand that I did not want to pay $65 for EMS shipping on two incredibly lightweight items. I was happy they won my auctions, but I don't think I will use them again. I like shopping services because they are so much more personal. I am probably going to sell my Putumayo and H.naoto items. I was planning on getting Maxime (my Volks Emma) a faceup done by Illness Illusion, I've always wanted one! Okay I'm gonna go watch The New World. You know, that sappy movie about Pocahontas and Colin Farrell is John Smith. *Q* I love Colin Farrell XD. |

| New Years Eve |

I originally intended to make an after-Christmas post but I was whisked away to the south T.T and couldn't. Well first, Christmas:
It turned out better the next day after Christmas Eve. Cara ended up calling me in the morning and we made up. Eric's phone was dead and he had left his charger and we talked that night. We ended up hanging out together the day after and that was pleasant. As for Christmas, I was spoiled rotten by my parents as usual. I got a new SLR, a Canon Rebel like I always wanted!! I was so happy! I got my new FCS SD10 who I have to take a picture of. She wasn't so much a complete present since I ordered her at Dolpa. I got an Ipod Touch, computer games and gift cards from my brother, Juicy Couture perfume, dvds, etc. My mom also got me two pairs of doc martens which will go great with my Putumayo stuff. Eric bought me the putumayo dress and I loved it. And of course there was tons of selfless giving on my part to others :D. Oh and the best part! I GOT BANGS! I love it.
However, my parents decided to force me on this family trip to Tennessee...it's not as bad as I thought it would be though I really wanted to spend New Years in Montclair. Last year was a terrible new year, and this year will be boring again. I think we're going to church tonight ._.. WTF. Whatever, we'll be home soon enough I suppose.
I'm still waiting on my celga stuff. I don't even think they shipped it. They have terrible communication! They also tried to charge me $68 to ship one little skirt and a sweater. What the hell is wrong with them? They only time I pay that much for EMS is when I'm buying a super dollfie, which is a heavy fragile box so I can understand that.
Anyway here are my New Year's Resoultions:
- Get a driver's license. Seriously, I need to stop putting it off.
- Save at least $2000 in the bank this semester
- Lose weight (I dropped all of it this summer then gained it all back during the school year)
- Stop caring what other people think
- Start being happier and love myself more
- Enjoy school and find a profession I'll actually like

At 7pm today I finally finished. I took a shower then nearly collapsed. Since Friday I've had:
-A very hard Japanese final that I think I've failed- what anime geek shame!
-A developmental psych final, a 10-page life history paper, 2 pages of psychology article summaries, a 10-page paper on the misconceptions of autism (my last thing!). that is too much for one class!
-a 5-page physiological paper on narcolepsy
-an abnormal psychology final and a 10-page paper on gender identity disorder
-a 5-page paper of Kawabata's A Thousand cranes, an exam on Japanese literature and Zen Buddhism, 5 journals on Japanese and Chinese literature
This was the hardest semester ever with too many papers. I'm never taking that many psych classes again, but I'm glad it's out the way.
So I rewarded myself at the mall tonight by buying a new eyeliner from MAC. Oh and I won the auctions on the Putumayo sweater and the H.naoto skirt! I want some Moitie or H.naoto but I have to see if I any Christmas money cause I totally owe Eric for what I bought XD. I can't wait until my mom picks me up so I can be home and be lazy. I'm gonna munch on gingerbread cookies and watch tv with my dog Sasha lol. |

First time using celga this week... I was bidding on this skirt. It said the winner is cel*****. What the hell, is that celga? I hate how friggin long it's going to take me to know! I am happy that a won a Putumayo sweater for like 2000 yen, though! I am also tired of seeing h.naoto auctions for Super Dollfie. I'd love to spoil Maxime and (**********), however, why should they get $300 H.naoto outfits when I can't afford one for myself? One more thing that I got was a Putumayo card skirt from Tokyo Alice. They were so nice and quick with my order. I love when I don't have to use a shopping service. Anyway, I suppose it would be best to go work on like 30 pages of papers due this week T.T. After that, I'm changing my lack of layout for this journal! |
